Mike's Auto Service

I had a squeaky noise coming out of one of the 4 wheels. Called Mike for an appointment, and he was able to resolve the issue with me via the phone in 5 minutes!! No appointment necessary!
Where some other shops would charge me a couple of hundred bucks to come over just to look at it, Mike did a great job over the phone at no charge at all!
I would not hesitate to entrust my car to Mike's shop for any repair at all.

This is the best value auto shop I've ever dealt with. They are honest and fair and charge based only on what they do. If it's a half hour of labour, that's what you see on the bill (i.e., no minimum charge). I've also had them diagnose over the phone and figured out an issue wasn't a big deal.

I have been very impressed with Mike and Mike's Auto Service. I have tried a number of other shops and always had the feeling repairs cost more than they should. I recently posted a note on Nextdoor to ask people in my neighborhood who they recommend for auto repairs. Out of the over 50 replies I received an overwhelming number recommended Mike's. I have taken two vehicles in so far and have been impressed with Mike's excellent service and good sense suggestions each time. A 5-star rating is well deserved and this is now "my place"!.
