(February 14, 2019, 7:59 pm)Been stringing my tennis rackets at this place for almost 2 years. Brought in my racket this morning with strings broken at the knot (which is very unusual). I explained to them that I just had the racket strung the previous week and only had a few hours of play on it. They immediately offered to restring my racket free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Great customer service!
