(February 21, 2019, 11:36 pm)Got a great deal on a brand new Pathfinder with very little haggling. Both Glen and the sales manager Rich were easy to deal with. Just gave us a list of options and left us alone to make our own decisions, no pressuring, not that we needed to be pushed to begin with. Although the Pathfinder wasn't our first choice as it's not as "pretty" as some of its competitors in its class, but we're happy with the value we got. Overall a very pleasant experience.
(February 20, 2019, 6:44 pm)We have been a long time client and have been buying all our vehicles from Brasso. This last transaction though was not smooth. I had to follow up to find out what was happening and what they still need to get this done. In the end the were still a few details that I find out last minute. The gas want full like what I always had and was not informed. I was going to get the oil change included with the financing but wasn't reminded off and ended up not getting it .
(January 28, 2019, 5:32 pm)I normally don’t service my car at Brasso but visited for a recall and had an above and beyond great experience! Ken in service was fast and helped me get my car checked in. Because I had come in early he said they could likely get it done before noon that day but I was thrilled to get a call even earlier, and the friendly and quick shuttle driver (wish I had grabbed his name) was at my house within the hour to take me back to my car. What was originally scheduled as a half day appointment took a total of less than 2 hours from drop off to pick up. Extremely impressed!!!
(January 6, 2019, 3:37 pm)Glen and Tiffany were great to work with when purchasing a SUV at Brasso Nissan. The vehicle I purchased needed to be serviced at another dealership and they took care of me while this was happening. The other dealership was very challenged in completing the work needed and Tiffany was great with communicating this to me. Because of this great experience, I will look to go to Brasso the next time that I'm looking for a new vehicle. Thank you.
