(March 8, 2019, 7:26 pm)Fantastic experience here. I stopped in and on the spot they were able to fix the minor issue with my car. Super friendly and helpful service. I had my car repaired here a few years ago and service was great then too.
(January 26, 2019, 7:07 pm)Took my truck here for an insurance claim. Front end staff were very courteous and professional and kept me up to date. However truck was painted the wrong colour. Took back in and they quickly agreed and repainted but could tell it was rushed through the second time (paint drip in 2 spots). They offered to fix which I appreciated but can't take more time away from work for this. The paint quality overall looks good but attention to detail on final finish is needed. Brake light they replaced kept popping loose as well, bought new clips at dealer for $5 and no more issues - the oem clips are much beefier vs the aftermarket clips which are clearly subpar. After all of this I still trust that this location has good people (and manager Colin) that care just need to slow down a bit and catch the small stuff, would've given 5 stars otherwise.
(December 14, 2018, 6:33 pm)Excellent service from top to bottom. High quality repair work, as well as a very quick turnaround time. This paired with knowledgeable and friendly staff makes this the place to go if you need a repair.
(November 20, 2018, 10:31 pm)When you have to take your car into the shop to get it repaired, two things are important. One is the quality of the job. The other is being treated right. It's important to be treated as a valued customer...and not being seen as dollar sign. From the minute I showed up for the assessment, all the way through the repair process, to pick up when it was finished, I was treated as a valued customer. I took a vehicle to another shop before and did not have a good experience. They didn't get "customer experience". The team at Carstar get it. They know the customer experience is important as is the quality of the repair. BTW, the quality of the job was almost factory finish! God forbid I need more body work, but if I do, I won't hesitate to take it to Carstar - Calgary East!
