A great spot for delicious sandwiches! And they have the best mac and cheese ever! The staff are very nice too.
When I walked it one of the employees is sitting down behind the counter on his iPad and when he finished taking my order went back to it while the girl made my sandwich. I understand needing to do something when you're not busy but while a customer is there is unprofessional. I also agree with the other reviews that it's expensive for what you get.
I'm a bit disappointed in this place. I used to love Chachi's but I feel the quality has gone downhill. Picked up lunch there today to take home, and when I got home to eat, the hot Philly sandwich I ordered had not nearly enough meat on it to be worth $13. Like the last 3 bites on either side were nothing but bread and peppers. And I ordered a big pickle, when I opened the bag, it was a regular tiny little pickle... And I got charged $2 for it! I have bigger pickles in my fridge at home. Bit of a rip off. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.
First visit with my wife today. I had the smoked meat sandwich which was great. My wife had the BLT which she really enjoyed. Anyone saying the prices are too high clearly has no concept of what anything costs. If you want a cheap sandwich, with cheap ingredients l, go to subway. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
Spicy Italian for the win. They have changed the bread some time in the last year and its even better than it used to be. I think most of their fillings including the meat are locally sourced and its a nice treat.
