Debbie is exceptionally tuned into her clients. She makes working out in a gym totally fun. Her gym is private and well equipped.
I've been training with Debbie for a little over 3 months now. Debbie is a fantastic trainer with many years of experience. Every training session is something new, she keeps you on your toes and keeps your body guessing as to what is coming next. Training sessions are laid back and Debbie will have you laughing. I've been working out with Deb for over 5 years, the benefits have been amazing! Her in-home facility is well equipped and is super convenient. I am self-employed so sometimes my schedule can be a challenge, since she works from home she has been able to provide a great deal of flexibility for me when it comes to scheduling.

Her basement gym has all the equipment anybody could want. Her rates are reasonable and she is very knowledgeable -- gently correcting you if you aren't doing the exercise quite right.
