Purchased an air ride kit for a customer car from Sam. He was super helpful when I had any install questions and helped us out when we needed some tweaking of the ride height sensors.

5 Stars isnt enough for these guys. Thanks again Sam, Blake and everyone at Epic.

I was looking for an honest, fair, and professional Rod Shop and I found it in Epic. Sam the owner and Blake and I'm sure the rest of the crew are great guys. Super pleased with he work on my 1940 Ford Hot Rod. She runs sweet! The service was A1! Do not hesitate to check out Epic Rod & Custom.

What to say. I like this place. When looking at the site see how it say'd Epic rod & Custom i thought they would only work on domestic car's. But nope they did work on my Mazda 6 and so far i'm really happy with it.

Sam is always willing to listen to my odd ball idea's for my car, Blake is the same always seams to have time to explain what will be done and both get my idea's for my car.

I need to say the star of the shop is the dog so friendly!

Con's. Might be slow to call you back or slow e-mail replies (But when you get busy it happens) and wish they had more parking out front.

I stopped by Epic Rod and Custom a few weeks ago to inquire about having an air ride system installed that would allow me to drop my classic car to the ground. Blake graciously invited me back into the shop to show me a car that was currently getting the system installed, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. I ended up opting to have my car lowered only two inches. Once the work on my car was finished, he went through the detailed step-by-step process, explaining what all parts and labor was for.

A couple of weeks later, I brought my car back as I had been experiencing degraded engine performance, which was getting worse by the day. They fixed the various problems and again, explained and showed me step by step what they had done in way of repairs. My car runs better than it ever has since I’ve owned it.

What really impresses me with the gentlemen at Epic Rod & Custom is their communication. I would mention something on the phone to Blake, and then when dropping my car off the next morning I talked to Sam in person, who knew exactly what I was talking about. Blake had relayed the information to Sam, who would be doing the work. That process seems like it should be the standard, but how often do you phone a company and have a conversation, then when you talk to someone else later, you have to start again from scratch? Blake and Sam kept me engaged while the work was being done, giving me updates more often than I could even have expected.

Sam and Blake are both very well-mannered and polite. I felt that they had all the time in the world for me. Both times I picked up my car, it was right before closing time. Going past closing time, Blake stayed late with me talking about my car, his car or just cars in general!

These guys love cars and it shows in both their attitude and their finished product. If there is a super cool hot rod around town, look at the back windshield – there is a good chance is has the “Epic” logo on the back.

I rarely if ever write reviews, but I feel that I owe it to the gentlemen at Epic Rod and Custom to do so.
