(August 31, 2017, 2:29 pm)Having began Pilates in a strictly private lesson only environment I searched for a studio to join a small class to reduce my expense and continue my Pilates journey. After trying others I am so happy to have found Brooke. The classes are fun and the direction is spot on. Brooke manages to tailor each class for the benefit of each of us. It is wonderful to see my progress as I continue to grow in a warm and welcoming environment.
(September 16, 2016, 4:00 am)Pilates was recommended to me by my Chiro and physio, but I had always been too intimidated to attend a big studio class and try it for the first time. I booked a few personal classes to start off and saw results almost immediately; specifically improvements in flexibility and muscle tightness, resulting in an extra 20 yards on my golf drive. Brooke is a great teacher, takes the time to explain each movement and creates a great atmosphere in the class. Happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a passionate and knowledgeable teacher.
