This is a bit of an oddball review. We got a lemon phone that needed to be sent away for a repair. It was recommended to come here as they had loaner phones. are customer service representative with kaylan. There was a non-technical issue with the phone that we received. Appon time to return the phone because our new one came in, we received a phone call letting us know it's ready to be picked up. So I informed the lady on the phone about the issue with the loaner phone. When we showed up to pick up our phone, Kaylan was there to give us the new phone. He immediately apologized for the issue with the phone. Even though the issue with the phone was not his fault he took full responsibility. The manager came out and apologized to us as well. The issue was a very little concern to me in my wife.
I don't know how most people feel, for myself any person who was willing to stand up and take full responsibility in front of their manager for an issue that is not their fault but a combined fault of the person who took in the phone prior to and there's to be handed over to us. In my opinion that is an upstanding employee and deserves a raise. Absolutely zero excuses were made and full responsibility taken in which somebody would going to be written up over this issue. I personally ask the manager not to write him up as he's been a great help. I have been countless stores and very rarely do I ever have an employee take full responsibility for a mistake done. if I was to hire an employee that would be the prime example of what I would be looking for. I hope they don't reprimand them I hope they promote them to learn to be a manager at his own shop because he didn't excellent job. with honesty like that I will go back in a heartbeat which I can't say about most stores that I've been in. Five stars all the way.
I highly recommend Madison at the south centre location! She was quick and very knowledgeable and knew what was best for us. We had a great time getting to know her whilst she was helping us.
