  Nice walk around some ponds and a stint along the river with benches, lots of deer, and usually beavers in the pond at work, also an old heritage house restored is worth going to see.

  This was a really neat place to walk. Our 5 year old really likes coming here. There’s a few pokestops too that she likes to spin. The quiet is peaceful and it’s nice to have a place like this in the city that is easy to get to. The paths are paved which makes it really easy to get around and you don’t have to worry about getting lost.

  What a beautiful little place near the core. Great walking paths. A must for bird watchers.

  This is a beautiful natural area right near the heart of Calgary. I love visiting at the different seasons and seeing the way that nature changes. There's a beautiful old home not too far in on one of the pathways that is something I enjoy looking at. Unfortunately you can't go inside the home but it's still nice to look at from the outside. The pathway go-around a pond and you can access the Bow River as well through the sanctuary. It's really fascinating to see the different birds that's come to the sanctuary throughout the different seasons as well.

  This place makes for a perfect day out when you're trapped inside your house with cabin fever. The trail around the centre is beautiful and very easy to walk. Perfect for bringing children and also a great place for bird watching.
