(January 5, 2017, 1:36 pm)The staff their are all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I did well on the program losing a total of 40 lbs and actually really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately I gained all my weight back but that's on me. Literally.:/ My only advice if you do decide to join the program would be to really commit to exercising. They do try to tell you that but I figured I'd worry about it after I hit my goal weight. The exercise never did happened and if it's not a part of your weekly routine the weight just comes pouring back on to you. Hope this is helpful and good luck. :)
