It’s really refreshing to deal with someone who is honest and delivers on all their promises! I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
(February 7, 2019, 9:51 pm)I had recently been in a horrible accident and Chris and the rest of his team were amazing in find everything I wanted in a vehicle and making sure I felt completely safe and comfortable in my new vehicle! They took everything I desired very VERY seriously! Lanette was also amazing, she made me so comfortable and made everything so easy to understand and went through ALL the fine print and made sure I knew what I was paying for and what I was getting into.
When buying my first vehicle I wanted to hurry the process up and get out of there, but here I was so comfortable and always excited to see Chris and Lanette while we got everything settled! Thank you so much for all your help and for finding my PERFECT vehicle! Maclin ford has earned my loyalty and my strong recommendation!
(January 13, 2019, 3:15 am)Very helpful, quick and easy for my repairs. Although it would have been nice if they either gave me my old car battery back, or taken off some money from my bill. Those old batteries are worth money at a scrap yard.
Plus I had called about a part to be replaced, and had been told that it was in their location, only to later find out, that it was not in, and would be waiting 3 weeks for the part.
(January 7, 2019, 4:11 pm)I bought my car from this dealership. My sales associate was Chris and I loved his service. He was very helpful and polite and tried to give us a good deal based on our request. He has been very careful after the sale too.
The Director of Operations, Jeremy, was very professional and welcome.
I would definitely recommend this dealership.
