(August 21, 2018, 8:47 pm)All classes are held by a martial arts master instructor, not an advanced student. Instructor seems to know every students name, strengths and weaknesses, impressive!. Belts are well earned and awarded through mat time, knowledge and effort. Practical studio, nice people, traditional values and a strong teaching structure. Yes I would recommend for kids, teenagers and adults in Calgary.

(February 7, 2017, 1:12 am)Master Val is an amazing instructor. He is aware and accommodating with age related limitations but still pushes his students to excell. There is no pressure to test until you are ready. The studio is the nicest I've ever been in, well maintained lobby, changerooms and studio space. I'm always excited to go to class.
