NAPA AUTOPRO - Autopro Stop Brake Muffler & Tune Ups

Personally after reading a lot of the reviews I get the feeling that most of the negative reviews come from people that can't truly afford to have repairs done to their vehicles and I get that as I am not exactly rolling in money either.
There was one review I read that gave only one star, because unfortunately their vehicle was broken into and gave only one star, because they felt the location of this shop is in a "bad end of town" Okay.......?
I can say I have nothing, but positive things to say about my experiences I have had with this shop they have helped us diagnose issues knowing full well that we were going to fix it ourselves for FREE!
They reprogrammed an old pick up we had changed the steering column in so it would recognize the steering column and start and only charged $100.00 "SMOKIN DEAL!" ????
We are very satisfied and appreciate their help as they aren't scared to simply lend a hand to the "Average Joe". Bottom line vehicles require regular maintenance and when they are neglected things tend to cost more, because other issues develop as a result of ignoring current issues. Maintenance is generally more affordable then when it's already broken.
UP DATE! ???? Just got a call from Napa Autopro. I was having my 2011 Dodge Ram inspected, because I noticed there was wear on the inside of the front tires they gave me the list of things that need attention and advised me of what needs immediate attention that being it needs a front wheel alignment and two new front tires before the alignment can be done $699.00 service, tires and labor and now I know my truck is safe for the road and to boot it's all at
"NO CHARGE!"
for todays inspection.
"YEAH HAW!" ????

Kishen, guy at the front desk, was very nice to me at this shop. Got a tire valve replaced no fuss. Took less than half an hour and they even repaired a nail for me on the same tire no extra charge.

I also don't get the bad reviews, could be a different NAPA AUTOPRO branch?
