  I went to get my ring resized and their was a huge hassle with hidden fees I was not made aware of. Fortunately I spoke to a manager and had the charge reversed. I would give it 5 stars for the customer service but the whole fiasco took 2 and a half months and multiple trips before I got my ring back

  Had to bring our rings in for inspection and cleaning recently so we headed to this location. Rae helped us out and provided us with stellar service! She answered our many questions; she was very friendly and professional. Plus, our rings look so refreshed and shiny after the cleaning. Will definitely come back to this location to purchase from her in the future!

  After some confusion on the original ring I placed a deposit on I asked for a refund. I was crushed. Margret went above and beyond to make things right and subsequently gave me a better ring at a better price than the original person I dealt with.
  
  She took her time and helped me select another. She really saved the companies image with her actions. She was professional and understanding. Proactive and gave actual real world solutions rather than promises she couldn't keep. Ask for Margret and you'll get top drawer service, a great deal and attention to detail that's hard to come by these days.
