  What an amazing store! The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledge about all their products! I'm loving the pixel 3 XL and the Google Home Mini they set me up with! Highly recommend this store based on their exceptional customer service!

  I just recently got a text about getting an early upgrade on my phone, so I decided to go in and talk to someone about if it was worth it for me. Not only did I get an upgraded device, but I got an upgraded plan similar to what I was already in, but 20$ dollars less. All the staff were great, particularly the man that was helping me. He answered every question I had and genuinely seemed to want to help me get the best deal possible and made sure I was well informed along the entire process. I really wish I got his name, if I find out I’ll update this! 10/10 customer service.

  After a few poor experiences with Rogers, Josh L completely changed our mind with his exceptional service. He went above and beyond to get us the best deals possible. He made sure to give us detailed information with no hidden fees or surprises. He was easy to talk to, and personalized the experience for us. Josh restored our faith that Rogers staff cares for their customers.

  Great experience today at this Rogers location! Had a young man named Jake, he had outstanding customer service skills which I not only find refreshing in young employees today but in people in services in general! Jake was incredibly helpful and competent and went above and beyond. The store was very busy yet I felt very important not rushed at all. Both employees in the store at this time were very attentive to the people they were helping. Just a great experience all around!! And just so impressed with Jake, very hardworking, knowledgeable and personable kid!
