  Clean and comfortable hotel. Daily happy hour was nice for after work meetings which included free appetizers as well as drinks. Complimentary breakfast was also available daily. Staff were friendly. There is no restaurant on-site but it is right across the street from the Deerfoot Inn & Casino where there is a variety of options for food and drinks.

  I didn't stay here but our car had broken down near the hotel. It was -35 and we decided to go into the hotel to stay warm.
  The staff were so nice. They charged our phone and gave us free food and drinks while we waited for our tow truck.
  Very friendly people here! Thank you!!!

  This was a great stay. Our room Right by the waterslide so that was good for the kids. Clean room and spacious enough. Wonderful breakfast included which I did not realize so that was nice too. Friendly Staff as well.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times now, the location is central and easy to get to just off Hwy. Breakfast is is pretty good with nice variety they even have fruit which is nice. But it appears,they have stepped things up since our last stay. Our trip in Dec 2018 we found they now offer a complimentary bottle of water in your room, very nice touch. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean bed was cozy.

  I have stayed in high end hotels globally.
  Being on a long term training course we were booked in to Service Plus Inns, I had never heard of this hotel chain, and expected the mediocre service of similar rated hotels.
  
  I must admit, if your expectations of a high standard a welcoming friendly smile; and the staff that go the extra mile, this is a place to stay.
  
  I will always make this hotel of choice, when I am in Calgary.
