The UPS Store

It was 6:25pm and I needed to pick up a package before heading out of town the next morning, and I saw online that this location was closed at 6:30pm. Being about 5 mins away from the store I decided to call to see if there was any possible way they could wait for me. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady, Deborah said if you can make it here in 5 mins we can wait for you. You don’t hear of customer service like that anymore. Thank you Deborah for your kindness and I promise to pass it on as this world needs more of people like you in it. ????????

Nice place, easy to find, friendly staff, she was the only one there, it was busy yet she took the time to give different quotes to find the best option. 100% would recommend.

This is a really nice UPS store to go to. The staff is friendly, cheerful and as efficient and helpful as you can expect them to be. Have been here a couple of times and once they get to know you they will remember you when you walk in. That's a nice touch. Well done Ladies.

I sent my close friend a present for her baby yesterday night. The young lady was cheerful, sweet and amazing help. She got the package sent in my price range, she helped me with all the forms that I needed to fill, and she even recommended using a box to cut my cost down. She even hand cut the box for me. I’m not a frequent shipping person, however if I ever had to do it again, I be coming back here. Amazing customer service
