The only issue is with the layout of the parking lot. There is one entrance and one exit(both off of 72nd ave). For a regular it's fine, everyone knows where to go. For the unknowing though, the idiots will drive into the second drive through line, but they will block the exit of the parking lot. Like they will literally be facing the wrong way on the road. I saw it happen 3 times within a week. Something should be done. My suggestion is to make a one way exit onto 52st Southbound. At least some of the vehicles could exit a little easier. Or paint a clear entrance/exit marking on the one ramp.
Service and coffee have been great though!
