Urban Courier

Urban Courier is great. They delivered a bed for us this morning. Two friendly young guys. They were careful both with our house and with COVID-related cleanliness. Washed their hands for two minutes before messing with the mattress. Thanks!

I had the most AMAZING costumer service from Structube for both of my orders. The delivery drivers for Urban Courier, Matt and Nick, helped me with both of my orders each time....with extreme patience and kindness I might add. With Covid-19 putting a huge stress on everyone's life lately, it was very kind of them waiting for me while I sorted my life out. I apologize immensely for taking up their time, and interrupting their busy schedule! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you again, and I will DEFINITELY order again in the future. Next time I won't keep them waiting.

Very friendly and arrived earlier than expected. The were able to accommodate maneuvering into the back alley to deliver directly to my doorway. Couldn't be happier, very impressed.

Today I had a couch delivered through Urban Courier and I could not be happier. The two gentlemen were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They carried the couch and several other boxes into the right room and even were courteous enough to remove their wet shoes (WHILE HOLDING THE HEAVY BOXES!!). Any other item I get from Structube I really hope this company delivers it because I couldn't be more impressed. Efficiency and kindness. Couldn't ask for anything better.
