Very happy with the service. Nice and fast. John Anderson was awesome, he knows what customer service is.

My car was not road worthy and needed a wheel alignment after my back end slid into a curb. Called several places and they were fully booked for a Saturday and wouldn't of been able to fit me in until later in the week. Ward Tirecraft was kind enough to squeeze me in just before the end of the day and did an amazing job. Customer service was exceptional and they made sure all components were in working order and the wheel alignment was done to manufacturers specs. Thanks again!

Great service. My tires wore out twice and was worried after second time they wouldn't do anything. But Terry made sure I was helped and I Got a third set of tires. I wouldn't go anywhere else after knowing how far they go to make sure you are treated fairly!! Damn good prices too!

John was FANTASTIC... the fastest, smoothest and cheapest in the city. Called around and only Ward Tire could offer me same day, within an hour he had what I needed. Customer service was the best of had in a very long time. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Thanks so much. From a customer who is at work on time:)
