“I really like my bed, and the sales person was very helpful. For the most part the experience was a good one, but at the end they spring the "mattress protector" on you, and I was not prepared, but I bought it. It was super expensive, and it is utter garbage. I had to take it off after a couple of weeks because it was so slippery. I should have bought the name brand one to match my bed elsewhere. These guys seem to upsell their own house brand here. Beds...good. Mattress protector...no.”

They tried to understand our need and budget and found us a great tub for competitive price. “Bittersweet experience. The people who work in the specific areas like Val in flooring, and people in hardware are amazing, helpful and patient. When it comes time to pay for a large order up at customer service the older ladies who work weekends don't seem to know what they are doing. It usually takes me 30 minutes to pay and organize sales and delivery. They don't want to give me the sale price because it isn't showing up on their computer but is all over the store in signs, so they are mad at me when they have to get the manager's card to override the computer. This has happened 3 times now. If something is on sale, make sure it goes through.”
