“Bittersweet experience. The people who work in the specific areas like Val in flooring, and people in hardware are amazing, helpful and patient. When it comes time to pay for a large order up at customer service the older ladies who work weekends don't seem to know what they are doing. It usually takes me 30 minutes to pay and organize sales and delivery. They don't want to give me the sale price because it isn't showing up on their computer but is all over the store in signs, so they are mad at me when they have to get the manager's card to override the computer. This has happened 3 times now. If something is on sale, make sure it goes through.”

“Great staff, super knowledgeable, but ... all orders are custom orders (nothing stocked onsite) and depending where your product is coming from it can take 4 to 8+ weeks to get your materials. My Wolf PVC decking (absolutely love the product) is shipped from the US. Apparently it is impossible for Wolf to let the store when materials are being shipped. First order took more 6 weeks from initial order, then we expanded/changed our deck on site and I have been waiting about 6 weeks with no unknown date for shipping for a handful of boards. Not ideal with the winter coming. .”

“So Disappointed in Home Depot. Went to lumber and talked to younger gentlemen about cutting 3 pieces of wood. He got a call and I said no problem. 25 minutes he comes back and the whole time is is up front joking around with a friend of some kind.(no Care in the world)Did not move from that spot for 25 minutes. Now there is two other guys also waiting for wood to be cut. One of them gave up a went home.Guy comes back . Forgets what we talked about. Used two sheets of plywood to get 3 ,40 by 30 inch pieces for me.(should have only needed one sheet) Left and paid for it. Went home and I am upset. Call back talked to Brittany(acting store Manager) She really seemed not to care. Will not use 130th ave Home depot again. Was a sad day. First time I have ever had a problem with a home Depot.”
