“After many community recommendations, we went here to get our renovation painting started. However, one of the women that works there is incredibly rude to us. I realize that everyone is quite busy right now, surely anywhere with home improvement or project products are one of the busiest, but I was shocked at the attitude. As a fellow customer service rep, i was shocked. I ended up walking away quite upset and found a different retailer a few hours later. I’ve given more than one star because the selection was great, the store was in lovely shape and the gentleman I spoke to at first was very kind. I realize one person having a bad day can negatively impact an entire business but I have to admit that I’m upset enough about this to not come back.”

For the most part the experience was a good one, but at the end they spring the "mattress protector" on you, and I was not prepared, but I bought it. It was super expensive, and it is utter garbage. I had to take it off after a couple of weeks because it was so slippery. I should have bought the name brand one to match my bed elsewhere. These guys seem to upsell their own house brand here. Beds...good. Mattress protector...no.”
