(January 8, 2019, 10:48 pm)Decent size gym with friendly staff and good equipment. While not crazy big, it is never so busy, that I would have to wait for a station. Lots of options (free weights, stations, cardio, functional training, spinning) even a tanning room. The spinning room provides classes in person and virtual. Great for people who like a no-fuzz workout in a clean environment with friendly staff and members. Bonus: Pizza place right next door ;)

They put extra effort into commenting on your progress and making you feel included and welcome. I always felt like 'part of the family' at this gym and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere new to try!
