You always feel the results of your workout and I've lost over 35 lbs since starting here. It is the first gym membership I have actually ever used consistently. Highly recommend.

I've been going since May of last year and have never been bored in class - the instructors always switch things up so it never feels repetitive. It's a great (and super fun) workout! The atmosphere at both studios is great, the whole staff makes you feel so welcome and special every time you attend a class. I would recommend it to everyone!!!
