I absolutely LOVED working with Lucy! She is ridiculously supportive, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. I started with her 8-week program and because I saw such fantastic results both physically and mentally, I just HAD to keep on working with her! Lucy doesn't just give you some random plan to follow that doesn't fit your needs, she gets to know you, the reason for your end goal, and your current capabilities and then she hand crafts a plan that will work perfectly for you. But the thing I think I loved the most was how she pushes you—not in your stereotypical/nightmare personal trainer pushes you way—but in a way that encourages you and lights a fire deep down to want to not just hit those goals you've set but to go above and beyond them. Yet when you need to scale back or adjust (especially once COVID hit) she adjusts the plans and customizes it again to exactly what you have on hand, what time you have and what your new goals are. There is never any judgement when you scale back or don't hit your goals, she's one of the most positive and encouraging people I've ever met. I struggled at first to invest in myself for this because I thought I could just "go to the gym" and follow some workout plan I found on Pinterest. The problem with those though is that you don't have the accountability, you don't have someone telling you that you shouldn't do that many reps at that weight but instead you should do this, and you don't have someone telling you how to actually eat better while still having those things you love (like carbs and chocolate!). With Lucy you get ALL of that. You seriously have someone in your corner every step of the way—and you have a community of others who are also working with Lucy as additional support to help you figure out what else you can eat that's packed with protein or how to eat well when traveling. It's seriously the whole package!
Today is the last day of my 8-week program and I am SO happy I joined! Lucy has created a really great program that isn't strict meal plans and workouts. The custom macro tracking means I learned more about the food I was eating and what worked best for me, and the workouts are quick and very effective! I found the best part of the program to be the coaching, encouragement, mindset tasks and accountability that Lucy provides through the group coaching calls, individual coaching calls and messaging through the app. Lucy genuinely cares about you achieving your goals and will work with you to figure out the best way to achieve those goals. I can't thank you enough Lucy!
I chose the month-to-month option with Lucy and the variety and flexibility were amazing! Lucy was quick to adjust my workouts no matter what life threw at me and it was nice to have someone encouraging me after I completed each workout. Having everything on the app made it super easy to complete my workouts anywhere and all the bonus content (warmup/cool down options, recipes, playlists, macro counting, seminars) are great to have too. I decided to cancel and that was quick and easy. I'm taking a pause over the summer to try some other things out, but I will definitely be back! Thanks to Lucy and the Dunnebells community for a wonderful experience!!
Lucy is actually amazing. I just completed week 3 the 8 week program and I couldn't be happier! The proof is in the pudding my friends, and the best part is that I haven't had to change much and am already seeing incredible results. I can eat pizza, chips, ice cream and still am seeing my body change. Also the workouts are short and effective, no hour plus in a full gym required. Lucy and the whole network are extremely supportive and you have the opportunity to meet and chat with ladies that are going through the same things as you. I have tried everything in the book and this is something that will actually change your life. Thanks Lucy for the support and encouragement so far, I cannot wait to see what the final result is!!!
Half way through my first challenge and love it! Lucy is so motivating and supportive. This is the first program that really feels like a lifestyle not a quick fix. It’s all about balance and just moving your body!! I’m so excited to see my transformation by the end! Do yourself a favour and sign up you will not regret it!!
