Was really pleased with the physiotherapist staff, and the sports med doctor, however trying to book appointments for subsequent physio has been extremely challenging and frustrating. Don’t bother leaving any messages because no one will call you back. When paying top dollar for specialty physio you would expect more professionalism from the office staff. The front desk office staff are also very miserable and rude to deal with. Driving across the city for this service isn’t worth the time or effort. Need new HAPPY, professional office staff.

Dr. Auld and physiotherapist Jennifer Delich saved my leg from potentially being damaged the rest of my life. I had a great surgeon but follow up at another clinic was abysmal! I was worried my injury would never heal, and that I would never be able to ski or even walk properly again! I am so grateful to them!!! The entire team is wonderful and the staff are all very friendly - a special thank you to Marilyn as well for always finding me an appointment time with Dr. Auld.

Group 23 has been great resource for our family
with active kids and sports related injuries. The clinic staff are all very kind and professional. The clinic is well run with very little wait time to see a physician or physiotherapist.
Dr Auld is an excellent doctor. He is kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. He takes the time to answer all my questions. He ensures we have a very good understanding of our diagnosis. He makes my kids feel comfortable and helps them to understand the importance of rehabilitation. He genuinely shares our goal to get them back to sports safety.
Our physio experience at Group 23 has been excellent as well. They provide seamless care between the two. Our physiotherapist Darryl was fantastic. He worked hard to ensure we were getting the proper exercises and therapy for our diagnosis. gave us his time and undivided attention, it was not a rushed appointment.
I feel very fortunate to have this group as a resource for my family, as I have every confidence we will be getting excellent care and an accurate diagnosis from their team.

After a back injury where I could seem to experience any pain relief after nearly a year, I saw the team at G23. I had a great experience and felt as though their staff genuinely cared about my well being and getting me moving properly again. I never felt 'up-sold' rather enabled with the right tools to get back on track. Wendy is an expert in her field; personable, professional and highly skilled. I love what G23 is doing and you can see they are passionate about helping their patients and clients. Will definitely recommend.
