I thoroughly enjoyed the six week challenge at Haysboro boot camp. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive and very motivating. It was fun working out with the newbies as well as seasoned members who offered encouragement and praise. I entered the program with an open mind and the determination to make positive changes to my physical well being as well as my nutritional wellness. The online nutritional information and meal planning was helpful as was the ongoing email/text support from the coaches. The ongoing body analysis helped motivate me to work harder and celebrate the changes I was experiencing in my weight loss and muscle gain. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to focus on eating healthy and physical fitness in a supportive environment.
I joined the 6 week challenge that ended Dec 23rd. It was an awesome experience that got me going towards a new healthier lifestyle. The team is incredible and offer non stop support. The meal plan that comes with a cookbook required a lot of shopping and planning but was well worth it. The recipes are awesome. I would recommend Haysboro Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone who's ready to make a positive change in their life.
I saw the ad for the 6 week transformation and decided to take a chance. During the interview process, I learned that the program was both a diet and exercise program, with a meal plan for candidates to follow.
The rules of the challenge were clear, and the diet laid out week by week. I was a bit concerned as I didn’t want to go completely gluten free, but I did want to reduce my gluten consumption and incorporate more protein into my diet. The meal plan was easy to follow. The food was also delicious and family friendly! Of all the aspects of the challenge, I’d say I was most pleasantly surprised by the meal plan. I plan to keep using many of the recipes I’ve used during the 6 weeks.
I recommend this program to anyone who needs to get out of their rut! The meal plan was easy, and the workouts were great and easy to modify to fit any fitness level. The best part was all the support from other members of the challenge and the coaching staff. They were always there to answer questions on the menu, what were acceptable substitutions in case of allergies, how to plan for meals out and encouragement when anyone was feeling wobbly.
This challenge was the best 6 weeks of 2017. If you commit to it, you won’t regret it!
Did the 6 week challenge and was happy to see results so fast! This is the first time I can ever say that I was able to see inches off my waist and love handles. It was a lot of work but the challenge definitely helped me stay on track and push to the end. Loved it.
