(October 20, 2017, 10:21 pm)I’ve been to a few yoga classes in Calgary and in some other cities and was very impressed with the quality of teachers at Heart & Mind Yoga as well as the wonderful space they’ve created. The teachers really nicely combine the physical aspects of yoga with mindfulness in a way that many other places just don’t manage to do well - I loved it. Also, the classes were small, which was great because of the extra attention the teacher was able to give me in terms of posture, recommending adjustments etc.
(October 13, 2017, 2:06 pm)My young daughter and I attended an evening restorative class. The studio is beautiful, with large windows, natural light and new props :) It was a treat to see the stars through the window while laying in savasana. We look forward to our next visit!
