(January 17, 2019, 6:47 am)I had gone to get a oil change on my lincoln the other day. Creig had serviced me as well as Kyle. Creig was a car guy which I really liked, he had attention to detail and I felt to him it wasnt just a job more of a passion. He suggested I changed my oil filter and I did, he didnt hesitate to show me the old filter when I asked which I appriciated. Kyle the gentlemen under my car shared the same values as Creig which I liked as well.
All and all great service and I look forword to being back. Thank you.
(December 17, 2018, 6:43 pm)Greatly at bunch here. Friendly, competent and offered the "Up Sell", but didn't push when I said no. Documented all the work done, and got me on my way quickly. While I was was here I listened to them talk to a lady and same treatment, no pushing, no hard sell. Recommendations not scare tactics. Nice .
