  Nate was fantastic!!
  Throughout the whole process he answered all of our questions and helped ensure we found the best home for the best price. I highly recommend Nate to anyone looking for a home in the Calgary area!

  We have worked with Nathan for the past year and it has been nothing short of exceptional! His patience, experience and knowledge are bar none. He always had our interest at heart and made sure our purchase met all the criteria’s, even when we doubted our own direction and would have settled. Nathan urged us to be patient and make sure we would be happy for the long term. Once we found our perfect home, Nathan worked diligently to help us get the best price and went above in making sure the closing process went smoothly. We are still thrilled about our purchase even months after we moved in! If you are in the market to buy or sell I highly recommend working with Nathan. You will be well taken care of from start to finish.

  Being in the industry I have worked with hundreds of realtors. I've seen what separates the good from the bad. If you are looking for a realtor that will work in your best interest and you value ethics, you have found your man! Every time I've worked with Nathan it has felt like a breath of fresh air in this dated industry.

  I write this review from the comfort of my new home, courtesy of Nathan! From start to finish, working with Nathan was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond in finding a house that was suitable to my needs. I had the utmost faith and confidence in Nathan throughout the whole process, and being a lawyer myself, I understand how important it is to build this trust with your clients while guiding them through what is one of their biggest life decisions. Additionally, Nathan produced results - his uncanny ability to negotiate saved me over $25,000 on the listing price! Lastly, I would be amiss if I did not mention Nathan's friendliness and generosity. On possession day, I was greeted by a complete package of new household goods (including a Google Home!) - It was extremely professional and I believe this goes to show just how kind of a person he is.
