Not bad at all... Couldn't find the fish food I needed, asked for help and they found it. Then needed signs for our dog and couldn't find that either... Asked for help and got friendly help. What more can I ask for other than free stuff

The staff at the Shawnessy location are amazing. Happy to help with any questions, and very patient. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sal and Shay in the reptile department and the manager Jim. All three were ready to go above and beyond for us. Fantastic service.

Lovely views of the entire city. Great for tourists and Calgarians to get a different perspective on the city. Service was very good.

I adopted a dog from this location. I had amazing help from the staff. We took Teddy now Freddy home overnight to see how him and our 6 year old would get on. Wow it was instant friendship and 6 years later they are inseparable. Keep up the good work in pet adoption and animal care education. Please adopt dont buy......
