She gave us tips and feedback to make our house perfect for showings. She worked with an amazing photographer who took great images of our place and she was friendly and professional every step of the way. She held our hands through the sale and was quick to answer our questions.
(April 22, 2015, 2:26 am)We used Rebecca approx. 5 years ago when we were buying our first home, we informed her of what we wanted and what we had not wanted. Being a new home buyer, the experience was stress free, and Rebecca easily navigated us through each step. She is not pushy in any sense and only brought us to showings that suited our requirements. Her approach is very easy going, fun and professional, we cannot wait to use her again in the future. Rebecca cares about you as a home buyer/seller and truly wants to make you happy. She was very efficient and did a way more than expected in order to have the best add, the best price and buyers interested in our condo. Even when I was away from Canada for 3 weeks she was making sure that everything was looking great, plants were not dying and that our guests (still there when we left Canada) left the house in good shape. I couldn't say anything else but THANKS A LOT!

Rebecca was available every time we found something we wanted to go see and never hesitated one minute to put us first as she does all her clients. The entire process was so simple and smooth and we have her to thank for that. Rebecca is very professional, on the ball and incredibly experienced. I constantly hear what an exceptional job Rebecca does for her clients: from her preparation and knowledge; to tactful negotiation; to the final walk-through and moving in. She explains the process to her clients in detail to ensure there are never any surprises.
I have also witnessed Rebecca in her element showing homes. Rebecca successfully negotiated a purchase for us, despite a number of offers that were higher than ours. She helped us achieve what every home buyer is looking for – a beautiful home and peace of mind.
