The Home Depot

I need to start by admitting some bias. I’m low key obsessed with Home Depot. I’ve come here on date night. I love the way the stores smell. It is my favourite of the big-box hardware chains.

This location in particular is pretty great. Loads of parking. It’s never crazy busy, even on weekends. It’s never hard to find someone to ask for help. I come here as a gardener and DIYer. Not a professional, but I know what I need when I come in.

Staff have always been super helpful with whatever I’ve been looking for. Even when I spend an hour looking at houseplants that I don’t need. Speaking of houseplants, the garden center is top notch.

I will continue to come to this store more often than I need to.

Collin was incredibly helpful and kind. When they were sold out of a certain item on sale he offered to price match an even better brand. Thank you Collin, you were awesome!

Good selection. The sales staff in tools are less than helpful to say the least. Also not dog friendly. Which is fine, but online said it was.

Love coming here for odds and ends. Staff is very knowledgable and haven't run into anyone that can't or won't help. Came in today for a new shower knob and a light bulb. Wasn't standing at their bulbs for more than 30 seconds before a gentleman came along and found me the right bulb. Then he saw the shower knob in my hand and showed me right to where they were and picked out the one I was looking for right away. Easy in and out no fuss. Switched all my shopping from Rona to Home depot as I live in the area, thanks for valuing my time.

Excellent Customer Service, my mom and I went in looking for new appliances for her home... EVERYONE we talked to was extremely helpful. They all went completely out of their way to assist us and went above and beyond! Great staff, will be back! Special shout out to Alvin in Appliances, he was absolutely fantastic and Pam in Plumbing was amazing as well. A big thank you to everyone that helped us out yesterday, I didn't get all of your names but you all did a great job and deserve recognition! Thank you!
