I ordered two pairs of shoes from them online which were a very competitive price, but what left the biggest impression was their dedication to excellent customer service. There was an error with the order, which they rectified preemptively, saving me time and a headache, and their follow up after the issue was fixed left no doubt in my mind that my business was valued and appreciated. I will definitely be buying from them again.

We had a 5 star experience here & spent a good part of an hour at this Shawnessy Source location when Noah, Ryan and Kristen were working. As a team, they were genuine, warm, friendly and so helpful. The fantastic customer care they provided is rare, and something that will keep us coming back. Special thanks to Noah for his generosity.

My two friends and I had an amazing experience at this location! I went in to buy my first board/bindings and Evan was very knowledge - I felt like I had learned a lot during my visit. He gave me many different options in my price point and did not pressure me at all. Noah was also amazing and super helpful during our visit! If I could give 6 stars I would; only certified beauties work here. I loved this location and will definitely be making the trip back from downtown when I need any new gear.

Great experience here. Evan was very good at listening to what I was looking for. After using the equipment he recommended I would definitely give five starts to the equipment and the customer service. Great place to get set up. High quality equipment. Very knowledgeable staff.

After spending 4 hours at the downtown store we headed to Shaunessy to finish up our shopping trip. The excellent service and knowledge carried right on when we hooked up with Evan to finish up our shopping. Once again excellent knowledge of all gear and we walked out 100% ready to board the next day. Thanks to the Source staff for the great experience.
