(December 19, 2018, 8:08 pm)This is the best EB in the city hands down. The people who work here are friendly and make buying video games the joy it's supposed to be. Lewis, in particular helped me super well and made me feel like he was so happy to help me out. Not everyone in the customer service world is able to make their customers feel this welcomed! Kudos to EB Beacon Hill! Give Lewis a raise!
