The staff at this location are wonderful. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help you.The only draw back of this location is the lack of parking.

My father, Tony, asked that I write this review for this Hearing Life centre located on 4th Street NW, Calgary, as he was so impressed with the service he received from Krissy and Angie. This is the first time that my father needed hearing aids and while he was unable to find a model here that worked for him, he was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and service received here. He would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a hearing aid and is only disappointed that the product unfortunately did not work for him. As a senior who was nervous about the prospect of having to rely on hearing aids for the first time, he was pleasantly surprised with how unfailingly patient, friendly and informative both Krissy and Angie were.

i was on vacation in kelowna andy my hearing aid went dead. i changed the battery and still nothing! i found Canadian Care Clinic and the wonderful people, especially Leighanne, who fixed it for me. i was so Grateful as I am almost deaf and was so terrified of having to spend my vacation not being able to hear all my loved ones at our Family Reunion.
