Very friendly staff always remembers my order and greets me by name.
I don’t mind when a new person is training a takes a long time to make the coffees. But I do mind when there are two people not helping with the task ( just cleaning) as there are 5+ people waiting for coffees. 15 minutes is way too long
I love this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly. They always get my order right and they remember my order. I do agree that they are understaffed and can take awhile to get a drink. I don't think this is the staff's fault, more of a management issue.
