“I had my first massage in about 6 years today from Cory at Nose Hill. He is an excellent therapist and really addressed the issues I had in my back from sitting a desk during the day, and carting around 2 young children after work. He balanced the massage very well between trigger point/therapeutic massage, and relaxation, and gave me some take home stretches at the end as well. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating for the appointment time that I required and the location was convenient to get to. Will definitely be coming back here again!”
