  I like coming to our neighbourhood coffee shop and for the most part I’m satisfied with the service and the place itself. One thing that’s been on my mind is the amount of waste coffee shops in general generate and how effective they are in their recycling efforts. (just take a look inside their recycling containers).
  It really bothers me when after ordering a drink in a mug I receive it in a paper cup.

  Pretty good for a chain. Staff here seems happy to be there. I watch for this when I enter an establishment. If staff are a bunch of gloomy gusses no one wants to be there so everything suffers. The franchisee here is doing something right.

  Nice little shop in the centre of Tuscany. Good hang out area where lots of folks meet up or study.
