We recently contacted Alberta Cash Register to purchase a POS for our store. On first contact Graham was exactly what great customer service should be. He was accommodating, informational, patient and made it so very easy to get the proper information on what would be best for our store. There was no sales pressure, or unnecessary upselling, just the goods.

Not only did he provided what he said he would, but he took the time and every time I wanted some help to answer and guide me through what I needed. He thoroughly trained me and informed me on EVERYTHING I needed to know about the system and I am very confident in using the product efficiently.

Staff is very knowledgeable with point-of-sale systems and related software. They can often resolve my concerns by directing me over the phone. When they can't, they come in person to resolve the problem! They also have the best rates in town for debit and receipt paper with free delivery. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a cash register or another point-of-sale system.
