This is hands down the best security company to work for in Calgary. Although I only worked here for a short time, the people who work here are very compassionate and understanding, management is great. The company provides lots of training to its employees to ensure you don’t feel unsafe. They have a very modern and updated training system, as well as scheduling system. Training is great, the instructors are very in-depth and provide you with lots of information and explain everything. If you’re looking into getting into law enforcement or work your way up. This is the way to go.

I have been with this company for almost 2 years and I have always found them to be very professional, and open to new ideas and methods regarding security concerns. Their management team has always remained concerned, accessible and quick to respond to any needs or problems that have come up. I strongly recommend them if you need security for your firm or business and anyone looking to get into law enforcement.

Honestly this is one of the single best companies iv ever worked for the people at MacCon are not just coworkers but a family in a sort of way. everyone at this company works their butt off and it shows in our work ethic and the service that is delivered. Its not always easy work but its enjoyable work and its rewarding work.

I must say that I thoroughly enjoy working for MacCon Public Safety. From the moment that I started I felt welcomed and respected. The management team is incredibly supportive and dedicated to their employees and clients. As well, they offer a great deal of almost unbeatable work experience in many different area's of the security industry.

Have been with this company for over a year and been enjoying it. They have a lot of different training from Officer Safety to First Aid and some of it is taught by a Calgary Police Service member. There’s also a lot of different type of work so you’re never doing the same thing every shift. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into law enforcement.
