Like how they pick up any used appliances and dispose of them responsibly and then install the new. They offer a lifetime guarantee on any of the appliances you purchase. They have come to repair oven we purchased and the only charge was a service visit and parts. Did not have to pay for labour. Now since the washer is in need of repair, we have been waiting about a month for the service rep to come around with a solution. Apparently this one is not an easy fix. It looks like time to lug the laundry out again to the local laundromat! Haven't heard back from them for a week this time.
Back and have now heard from them. They offer a solution, will replace the washer that isn't working with a newer one, costing $80 for delivery only not with a warranty. Here's hoping the new one will last. I'm very happy with a solution and would like to extend my thanks for the service.

I bought a reconditioned washer and Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick and complete service. The delivery of the new machine and removal of the old one was $80 and was painless. They knew their stuff!
