She will provide you with the background, detailed research, and from that a sound plan to help you reach your goals and objectives. I highly recommend starting anything with a detailed 1 hr consultation as a minimum.

Starting off with a detailed survey, followed by a one on one phone call, Bethany personalizes your meal plan for your food preferences and lifestyle. She's also always available for support through the Nutritious & Delicious app.
The recipes were simple and delicious! I didn't have to spend hours meal prepping or cooking, which was important to this busy working mom. Her recipes were also family friendly so I didn't have to cook different meals every day.
This process made resetting my eating habits seamless and in the end I lost 10.5 pounds in four weeks and finally fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans!
