Towa Sushi & Lounge

Probably some of the best sushi in the city up there with the likes of Zipang and Tenshi in my opinion. Excellent veggie tempura and sashimi, plus large rolls which fill you up for sure. Just be prepared to spend more here. Its more expensive but I don't mind paying for good food with high quality.

My friends and I have always known TOWA to be located in Mission Calgary and we were excited to have known that TOWA has relocated. The venue and location of this restaurant definitely deserves a star for the cleanliness of the overall development and Tenant fit up. We were greeted right away and was given exceptional service throughout the whole time. The food itself was just subpar for us, and didnt really mean anything special. The presentation of the food items also were not very stunning or pleasing to the eye, followed up by an expensive price tag for what we actually got. My only recommendation out of the items that we ordered would probably be the playboy roll but it was also very covered in alot of sauce, but still delicious. Thank you.

HUGE sushi pieces and always tastes really fresh. Good service and friendly staff. Really enjoyed Spicy Salmon and Avalanche rolls !

My favorite sushi place! I was so sad their mission location closed down so we do have to trek down to Aspen but still worth the drive. My go to rolls are mango roll and Cali roll. I have tried to go to other places to get my sushi fix but nothing compares. Sushi is in general on the expensive side but these rolls are large and tasty to make it worth it.
