I’ve been working with Jason for years now. He has an amazing knowledge base and is overly motivating and supportive. He’s great at creating workouts that challenge me and leave me feeling exhausted, accomplished and excited for my next workout the following day. Jason has a great knowledge of form to help prevent injuries and knows how to modify for injuries or skill level.

I’ve worked with Jason in a group setting and one on one online coaching, both experiences have been positive! In person he is very hands on and engaging, making sure you’re getting the best workout you can have, all with a smile on your face. Online coaching he provided a one on one consultation and to help develop a killer plan for me to follow with lots of follow up and was willing to answer any questions I had.
