(January 9, 2019, 3:48 pm)Shane and his staff are awesome. The ability to just walk in and work out at any time is fantastic and you work out at your own pace but have support from the trainers whenever you need it. Highly recommend 9Round and Woodbine location in particular! Love it!!

(June 27, 2018, 2:28 am)I’ve been working out with the 9Rounds team for about 3 months now and it’s always a fun, exciting, uplifting and exhausting time! I have experience playing varsity sports in college and these workouts are up there with how affective they are! I love the welcoming environment the Woodbine location offers and how they adjust every workout ever so slightly dependent on the individual and the goals they’re hoping to achieve. I’ve recommend this organization to my family and my friends and I’m going to continue to do so!

Shane is fantastic, he truly cares about his clients and their health, and actually tries to get to know them, and though I normally only come to the gym when Shane is working, I hear great things about the other trainers.
I have never committed to a gym before, and I had begun to not believe in them, but 9Round thankfully changed this for me, and I absolutely love it. Every time I go I have fun and will be smiling and laughing, but also get a fantastic workout.
My goal for joining 9Round was to build my endurance and I have definitely been doing this, while also noticing significant differences in toning in just a few weeks.
I would recommend the Woodbine 9Round to everyone, and I do on a regular basis. You will not regret joining, and you join a small community where everyone cheers each other on!
