I have a 1988 Dakota that recently started leaking coolant fluid. I paid someone to replace the water pump, thermostat and both rad hoses only to have the leak persist. I decided to try Gateway and I live really close by. I dealt with Steve who was awesome and friendly. They diagnosed the leak and fixed the issue. The price was next to nothing compared to other places and they even take photos of the issue etc and place it on the invoice. Great customer service and work. Definitely will be bring all my vehicles and my wife's car to Gateway. Thanks guys!

I could take my vehicle to the dealership for service but I love the friendly service of Rob and his team.

I phoned in to ask the price and to make an appointment to change the oil and oil filter on our car. I said I would supply my own oil and filter. I was told to bring it in Monday and they would fit it in. I asked If I could wait for it. They said no and they would “just fit it in”.I said we only have one vehicle so I would like to know a time when it would be done. The answer was “If you don’t like it, jack it up in your driveway and do it yourself. I was polite and just thanked them and hung up. Were they fair?
