(February 22, 2019, 1:14 pm)During the cold spell our furnace decided to give up. Papa Grant came over to see what was going on. We have heat again! Our furnace is quite old and we currently don't have the budget for a new one. They were able to replace some parts that were affordable for us to keep the home fires burning for a couple more years.

(October 8, 2018, 4:50 pm)We recently had a tankless hot water heater installed by Papa Grant Mechanical. They had the Navien system up and running in less than a day and it is exceeding our performance expectations. He also got our efficiency rebate submitted for us. We took advantage of other services Papa Grant offers which included replacement of our humidifier along with a full HVAC servicing. Now our entire house is in perfect working order and I have set up a semi-annual tune up program with Papa Grant. Their follow up has been great and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Last December, I was told I needed a new furnace or a very expensive repair. That so-called "repair" did not last; when I turned up the thermostat earlier this week, nothing.
This time, I called Papa Grant Mechanical. It turned out that the furnace only needed a small part, and was fixed quickly and efficiently. Saved me thousands of dollars. I'm very impressed with the honesty and courteous service.
